ok, so i tired to find the usual websit i used to go to for my j5 lyrics, but i forgot how to get there.. and i tried and tried to google these lyrics, but had no luck either.. I've found the video from those scenes. The J5 were at the Andy Williams Show in 1970. Just search for it + jackson and you'll find it.

After J5 left motown in '76, the signed onto Columbia Records and became The Jacksons. They had their very own variety show. That's what that was u saw.. youtube it.. there's A LOT of great footage

Steeltown Records was the 'only' label before Motown..1967..Did you also lnow that Tommy Chong from cheech and chong heard the J5 play at a nightclub before they were big? Also Tommy Chong was in a group and made a call to a friend and got the J5 the chance to get signed at steeltown records..

yeah i knew tommy chong was with the Vancouvers back then.. His fellow singer, Bobby Taylor, is the one who had the jacksons move into his apartment (thats where the infamous home movie of them doin the james brown stuff came from) and bobby taylor got hold of Suzanne DePasse who got the footage sent to Berry Gordy... bobby taylor was the one who trained the boys extensively prior to Berry Gordy taking over and eventually came "I want you back"
