It's your call... I don't wanna block pre-orders on account they'll speed up the release of my book. So if you send me a self addressed stamped box or envelope, along with your copy, I'll sign it / personalize it and send it back.

If you send it by post (I think) it needs to be the postage of the sending country. That said, you could always use an international carrier like FedEx or UPS. In that case all you’d have to due is send me a sticker (postage) with the book.
