"women come and go in the form of shaytan etc."...i guess it's trying to show the involvement of opposite sex. if the advice is for a female, then she could understand it as "men, (not women) come and go in the form of shaytan etc."

i understood it's not to say that men or women are shaytan. but (i think) "shaytan" here is related more to the attraction where "beauty is a curse"

yes brother you understood it right. here shaytan refers to attraction, or more like luring, when a man sees woman, shaytan comes to him and gives evil thoughts making the sin appear attractive. Wallaahu Alam.

women also have to lower their gaze, and men have their own parts to cover too. i think the difference is that it's much harder for men to lower their gaze compare to women, while in covering body it seems to be more for women, although men are also obliged to cover their related parts. so i guess it balanced out there.

Nice video. Very true. We must guide our modesty, and do all we can to make Allah happy with us. We have to keep his remembrance in heart, so the devil will not remember us. Muhammad has suggested the best solution, women should cover themselves, and men should lower their gaze.
