@lazer300 No one is trying to put her to death for partying and lying, just murdering her daughter. I love how people always try to say that because evidence is circumstatial, that it has no bearing. Please keep in mind that MOST cases are built on circumstantial evidence. There is not always a witness to a murder or any crime. Sometimes, circumstantial evidence is all we have. And in Casey's case, it's pretty hard to deny. Impossible, in fact.

What is there to explain? Everything I've seen/read since this whole thing started convinces me that Casey Anthony killed her child. I do not believe for a moment that Caylee fell in the pool. If that were the case, they simply would have called 911. It would have been a tragic accident, nothing to cover up. Heres a question for you: If the baby died in the pool, what was the purpose of the duct tape?

@2hereagain NOT specifically referring to "falling in the pool" - that's just an example - INCLUDING kids wondering off alone, around the house, at the park, in the woods, grocery store, etc. To answer your quetion, the preceding happens everyday, kids get abducted, the kidnaper/killer uses duct tape to muffle, and there are only several brands of duct tape in Florida, of which millions are sold. We still don't know EXACTLY how Caylee died. Tons of proof of a NEGLIENT MOTHER - not killer.

They don't keep it to themselves for a month and 'conduct their own investigation', as Casey claimed she was doing. Of every other hurdle she has to clear, that's the most damning. Supposedly Casey was living with a boyfriend and partying every night with friends in the month that the child is missing. My guess is that she herself never mentions the baby for 32 days. No one said it was their responsibility. My question is more in line of in the 32 days did they ask Casey about the child or Casey tell them anything that can be used in the trial. I'm going to go back to it now so that I can tell you who it was specifically, but they asked about Caylee and they were told that she was at the beach with the nanny. Another was told the baby was on a play date. I'll go back and find it and get back to you, but I remember several of her friends commenting that they had asked about Caylee's whereabouts.

I think these were the emails between Casey and Amy H, not Brittany S. Casey and Amy had been roommates off and on at JP's apartment, along with a guy Casey had dated named Ricardo. Caylee stayed at that townhome with her prior to her disappearance. From June 16 on, Casey was staying at her new boyfriend Tony L's apartment at Sutton Place with him and his friends, and they stated Caylee had been to their apartment on a few occasions with Casey, but said they did not see Caylee after June 16.
