The best I got for all medics on a server was on 2fort, there were about 8-10 people, and on our entire blue team, we had about 4 medics. (We owned)

All medics + 2 heavies is VERY different from all medics. That said, that one medic that didn't swap the uber back was a prick.

As for the guy that said alternating ubers is "unbeatable", it's far from it, because the uber saw is a melée weapon and you have to get 4 hits per 10-second uber to keep the uber going. Easier said than done.

this strategy is actually unbeatable if medics work in teams of 2 using the uber saw in turns , thus ensuring perma ubers .

The only reason why the All Medic Defense failed is because the team didn't realize that healing doesn't stack. The most you can have is two medics, I believe.
