Albert Decap did not start the Antwerp business, it was started by Alois Decap. Albert Decap was the music arranger and started his own organ building business in the 1970's- a separate company.

Judging from the organ in the middle - which I believe is a Dutch EMINENT - I would say that it is from the early 80's.
