Vocally Kandi is a stronger, more polished singer than Fantasia. I heard both versions and Fantasia doesnt seem to sing the song right. She held back cause its was out of her range. Im glad Kandi kept this song fro herself.

i disagree with a lot of the comments on this song. its actually Fantasia that has the more sultry version, whereas kandi has the more "I JUST WANT SOME DICK" version. Kandi's version was nice, but it lacked the organization and vision that Fantasia's had. It was pitchy and kinda all over the place.... but thats just my opinion

@LBloggie Many people dont know this but "Lucky", "Superwoman" and I belive "Fly Above" were songs that Kandi wrote for Fantasia to record. For some reason they didnt make Fantasia's cd, byt Kandi re-recorded them for her cd. Vocally Kandi makes "Lucky" sound great! Her vocals are strong and quite dominant. Fantasia version was less stellar amd needed work on it.
