@Hgo333 debunking what, he's doing a fuel dump, more than likely he has an emergency and is having to land. Many aircraft will take off with more fuel than what is safe to land with. If they have an emerency and have to land before their destination they will dump fuel so they don't cause an accident. It's as simple as that. Does it really make since that someone would spray poisons into the air they breathe?
