She doesn't say "Don't Adopt". What she says is "Kids deserve to be raised by their own mother and father", meaning "their biological mother and father". Of course, if she came out and said "biological" rather than "own", people would jump on her. She just thinks that adoptive parents aren't as good as biological ones.

That is exactly what she means. But she's not saying, "these parents shouldn't adopt", merely "those children who are adopted don't have as good of families as kids raised by their biological parents". It's bullshit.
She's actually encouraging people not to adopt? She must really hate kids.
