  • @wollfgang123x Hmm I think you're listening to this song on the wrong time, bro :P

  • another Hank classic, no other will EVER sing like this man. Eat your heart out todays no_country singers................try but you will only try

  • radio in germany played Hank on armed forces radio I was 10 I learned his songs &sang them for the soldiers I came to the USA in 1958 & learned he died in 53 I cried like a baby.By 1960 I finally understood the words & cried again. He was a giant then & is a bigger one now.He was then & remains my favorite singer stil. I have every album, alot of 78s &everything in sets his picture is in my music rm & I have every book ever printed .I got to see the drifting cowboys in AZ great show

  • @MELANNHARDIN RESPECTED WORDS

  • nobody like hank williams sr

  • the best of country

  • wasn't this one originally a Hank Snow tune? Hank Williams was a big fan of Hank Snow he really liked his sound.

  • i send this out to my x wife. hanks the onley one can get it across. thanks for posting

  • When my son was around 3 years old, I played Hank's music a lot. Well, I heard him singing one day and you'll never guess what he was singing...My buckets got a hole in it, I can't buy no beer.

  • This music sooths my soul.

  • I don't get that part at the end. Why is it there?

  • I love the pictures! Thank you!

  • I love Hank Sr and Hank Jr.

They have different types of music due to the time period.

Daddy was a genius, no doubt about it. Jr has been great too...I love his music.

I was so excited when Hank 3 started singing, he sounds and looks so much like his granddaddy. He is still young and we don't know what is to come from him, so I choose not to judge him at this time. He is finding his way.

We are lucky to live in a time where we can listen to them all.

Jr and 3 have some good genes, right?

  • @The1msdonna I was gonna say check out hank III...

  • your political endings are just as bad as a NIKE advertisement, way to throw your beliefs down the throats of those just tryin to listen to some old country....

  • I just love listening & playing ...Hanks songs Thanks H A N K

  • gasper47 said it best, there is only one hank williams, his son haven't heard anything new from him in such a long time, hank 3 needs his mouth washed out with soap, it's a dis-respect to his grandpa cause his mouth is so full of so many bad words that come out of it! There's only one hank, sang from the heart, sang his sorrow's, he song his whole life to us, a true legend!

  • @TheFreedom9814

So what if III curses? Give his "Broke Lovesick & Drifting" album a chance, doesn't have any curses in it that I can think of and has a nice balance of slower traditional sounding songs and faster paced onces. The whole album (and "Straight To Hell") has a lot of edge and is what got me to look into older country music.

  • fuck this 'sr' thing! there is only ONE hank williams, period. the others are jr and 3.

not hank williams sr, just hank williams!

  • I like this video, but that political bullshit at the end spoiled it.

  • Hank is the best always was and always will be.

  • fuck isreal

  • @eoswald203 Amen to that.

  • hank jr would not be where he is today with out his fathers name if you know country at all you know that i mean to even put him up with sr and jones lmfao

  • Ok heres the cold hard truth fellas. Hank Sr was great, but to say his son isnt half as good as him is the dumbest shit ive ever heard. Hank Jr surpassed his daddy years ago. Hes a better singer a better writer and most importantly last time i checked he was still alive. That alone in my opinion makes him better than his dad. He finished the game his daddy didnt he just started it.

  • @TheJamestollison I don't even know where to start. I wouldn't cut JR. in half but as far as song writing and delivery Sr. hands down. So if JR. would have died when he fell off the mountain would he be better? No man knows when his time is. Everything Sr. done he took only to the young age of 29. Just how did Jr. surpass Sr.?

  • @TheJamestollison That is a ridiculous statement.

  • @TheJamestollison thats bullshit! hank senior sang and wrote from in his hear u can hear it in his voice. jr doesnt have shit on his dad, hank senior was the greatest singer who EVER lived.

  • @TheJamestollison Being alive makes someone better than someone that died?

Hellz yeah I just passed Gandhi! Didn't even have to starve myself.

  • ray price said it best about hank"he died a champion and when you die a champion nobody can take that away from you.true to this day he is still the champ!!!!!!!!!

  • 3 different men - 3 different styles - all 3 are great

  • hank williams sr and george jones are the best and hank williams jr WILL NEVER be half as good as his dad

  • and hank the 3rd is not 1/10 as good as hank jr

  • hanks williams was the best thanks for posting hank williams jr is almost good as his dad

  • Beautiful song

  • sounds like another song about Audrey

  • @Lessar77

Probably. Audrey was nothing without Hank. Too bad her jealousy got the best of her.

  • a part of life we will never undersand

  • good un these new country younguns cain,t sing like gat

  • i agree 100% man.His son was jus ta disgrace to the williams name
