i was hyderabad last year and i went foriegn registration office in purani haveli i was shocked realy i saw young foriegn students who came from africa and asia everyone of them came india legaly and also everyone paid univeristy fee and residential permission fee but purani haveli is different in order to get residential renewal u must give 3 or 4 police officers working in this department 200 or 300 rupees each otherwise they deny you and only option u ve is 2 go back ur home country
