  • French :

    Infernale,

    Bacchanale,

    L'Enfer noircit ma chair

  • The Swedish cast is usually one of the best in all Disney movies

  • French is good

  • arabic translation: va start the shi ve le hed dhibarod i- yel bu ga ri- yel tir whil

    what`s the mat:D

  • @dodobirdsarebest I did not choose nor did I decide, it's the gypsy girl whom throw me inside the fire

  • we need turkish

  • wth that's not even dutch or flemish i don't know wich language that is but get it right dude --'

  • that was also not dutch i'm dutch!!

  • Frollo sounds like an evil badass in any language! :D

  • The Flemish one is Slovak actually:D

  • I love the german version! :D

    (I´m Danish)

  • In the Spanish version he is just speaking, not singing... -.- Moreover you did not selected Spanish from Spain, but from America... The man who sings in the Spanish (Spain) version is much better in singing, as he sings opera and so on... He's very famous here! Maybe I'm not happy with the Spanish part because I'm from Spain xD Anyways, this is not to insult you, the video is awesome!

  • i like how Spanish is only a speaking part :C

  • 1:53

    who cut the shit? xD

  • All of the versions are very imppressive 8DD I kinda spaced out for a second when I stopped listening XD

  • @Rooverlovesmusic That's so not true flemish is a language altough most people think its just dutch with an accent and that tottalyisn't true . We have our own language flemish!!!!!!!!!!!

  • that isn't flemish!!!!!

  • nice you added flemish everybody norlally forgets us

  • You totally forgot the dutch version 0_o That one is sooo epic! And flemish is not a dutch dialect xD

  • @ThreePipeProblems you're so right why does everybody think that are you flemish??????

  • @lunahate I think that some people confuse the Finnish language with our language. And since the Frysians have their own language, even though they live in The Netherlands, they may combine Finnish+Frysian and make it Flemmish.

But this is just a theory, I don't know for sure :)

  • @ThreePipeProblems i don't get your theory at all.

  • @lunahate Right, I think that many people mix the Finnish language and the Frysian language up with eachother and call it Flemmish. And think Flemmish it the Dutch language.

  • @ThreePipeProblems what is frysian???

  • @lunahate Frysian is the language spoken by Frysian people. They live in Friesland, which is a province here in The Netherlands. The Netherlands have 12 provinces, of which each has its own dialect. Except for Friesland. They have their own language called: Frysian.

  • @ThreePipeProblems owh i didn't know that

  • @lunahate Happy to help =D

  • the swedish voice is fantastic.. and a little scary

  • Yeah that flemish part is slovak. I'm a native slovak speaker, so I'm sure.

  • @LyriaScheherazade Ano =] to je

  • KOREAN?!

    HOLY SHIT.

  • For some reason I feel that most Disney villains sound the most evil in Swedish... but at the same time, since I'm Swedish myself, I can't really say if it's just because I'm used to them ;)

  • Wow, the Arabic section seemed to have especially great rhythm. *rewatches that segment repeatedly*

  • Wow, I'm catalan and I didn't know there was a catalan version from this movie! :O

  • WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU? D:

YOU NEVER PUT A SPANISH SEGMENT! Well, singing segment! D:

  • it doesn't sound like flemish at all

    i speak flemish btw

  • In arabiiiiic :)

  • flemish is a sort of dutch in belgium. (we once were one country). normally we understand eachother, but i can't understand a word from this flemish part :P it is not flemish/dutch. i don't know what it could be.

I like these videos, it is always funny to hear "your youth movies" so differently.

    Greets from the netherlands

  • KOREAN

  • The swedish one has most depth of them all! Frollos swedish voice actor sings the throat of with deepness and softness while the other sings with the same tone evrytime D: We could say it's like this:

    All Other Languages: _________________

    Swedish: ___---____-----__----------___----

    Get it? XD

  • If you can, can you please upload the full version of the korean one? :D

  • The swedish was definitly best.... :)

  • Wow, the icelandic version is pretty amazing. Really powerful voice there. As a dane, I'm partial to the danish one myself, but the swedish is also quite stunning.

  • Danish Lyrics:

    Beskyt mig, Maria

    Mod denne fristerindes spil

Mod det begær som snart har ædt mig op

  • Greek: Την λένε Εσμεράλδα! Την κόλαση να πάει να βρει, αλλιώς μονο για μένα να αναπνέει!!!

Translation: Her name=Esmeralda! She shall go to hell, or else let her breathe just for me!!!

    ^.^

  • Great editing! I'm flemish, and it doens't sound like a regional dialect of dutch to me either...I cannot tell you which language it is, but it sounds like polish, or something :D

  • Swedish seemed be the more powerful, however the English seemed to portray more of the intended personality of the character being a somewhat physically and emotionally weak individual prone to outburst. Or maybe thats because I only speak English and Im bias because its the first version I ever herd lol

  • swedish

    greek

    spanish

    slovak

    italian

  • uhhh think you could upload the full Korean version on youtube? xD I'm half Korean and I've heard "The Bells of Notre Dame" in Korean (as well as "Out There") sooooooo I really wanna hear THIS in Korean ^____^

  • the swedish version is the best, the singer has the most powerful and enchating voice for frollo =)

  • Flemish is Slovak ... Just if anyone need to know

  • Flemish = Slovak??? LOL not at all, Flemish (or Vlaams in our own language) is spoken in Belgium, it's "Southern Dutch".

  • @BelgianMusic ah sorry, i hadn't read the other comments or seen the entire video when i posted that... yeah, you're right, the flemish in this video is not flemish at all :)

i have an entire playlist dedicated to flemish songs tho, if anyone's interested..

  • Icelandic and German = <33333

  • Swedish:

    Oh helga Maria

Du vet min tro är ren och sann

Vitt skilt från simpelt folk jag har runt om

    Translated:

    Oh holy maria

You know my faith is pure and true

Unlike the simple others around me

  • SWEDEN!!!!!

  • Swedish

    Danish

    Icelandic

    Italian

    Korean

  • Besides English, the Greek one is my favorite, but the Italian version gave me chills.

  • But I dont complain cos SLOVAK is there twice :) Such a beautiful version. Slovensko len tak ďalej :)

  • The Flemish one is really a SLOVAK ;)

  • Danish is definitely the best one besides english

  • It's NOT a dutch Dialect, i am dutch, really not flemish or dialect, i can't understand anything

  • german lyrics

    Gott, erbarm dich ihrer

    (Kyrie Eleison)

    Gott, erbarm dich meiner

    (kyrie Eleison)

  • French <3

  • uuuu 2:1 is not Vlaams

  • I really love Frollo in Swedish, or I love the swedish singer. Everyone who's interested should search for the full version, it's magical!

  • the swedish version it just has that sound the echo the emotion in that version is just amazing

  • It's indeed not Flemish, it's Slovak I guess, because it's deffenitly NO dutch :P

  • the swedish one got a more powerful voice.

  • can u please upload the korean one separately

  • Just a suggestion... Put the European Portuguese, if you could, please.

  • Its Slovak

  • The original version is the best

    forever and ever

    We miss you Tony...

    Claude rules in any language

  • also beata maria is used in spanish :)

  • Beata maria(latin)=Beata maria(italiano) XD same language

  • At 2:02, its Slovak

  • u picked a stupid spot for german... :)

but i only say that because I AM german :D

  • Yes, I agree it's not the best spot for German, but since my other version has one of my favorite liines in German, I had to switch it up a tad.

  • Spanish, German, Italian, And Danish..

I think Danish is amazing in this song. :D

    I am danish. (:

  • here's the italian translation: but she will be mine or she will die

  • I ll have to go with Greek........so powerfull

Here the lyrics if you want them:

Ti lene Esmeralda (her name is Esmeralda)

Tin kolasi na pai na bri ( (i wish) she goes to hell)

allios mono gia mena n anapnei (or else (i wish) she breathes just for me)

    :)

  • I think this is the only Disney-song when swedish's the favourite!

  • 1. Swedish

    2. Swedish

    3. Swedish

  • There's nothing to it. Swedish version is the best.

But, but, where's the Finnish version?

  • danish<3

  • You missed the european portuguese version again :D

  • English, Swedish, Korean, Icelandic, Flemlish (Or what it is), Slovak, Hebrew '<3

    (I'm from Norway)

  • Well... I'm Dutch. And I didn't recognize any Flemish or Dutch in that part. So I don't think it's any of the above. I'm just letting you know ^^

  • Oh SHIT! I was all ready to say, yup, Swedish and Hebrew are the best, then the Italian guy blew me away with that slide at the end!!! Go Italian!!!

  • can you get the Japanese version ? What language is Catalan ?

  • spoken in north east spain, in catalunya; resembles spanish and french to some extend.

  • You managed to find footage of Frollo... in CATALAN?! I am officially impressed. XD

Excellent video. As you say, Frollo is awesome in any language... but for me, nothing can quite match the pure distilled awesomeness that is TJ. :D

  • i love the hebrew :D and the france xD

  • I want to hear this in japanese, that would be awsome!

  • There was a Japanese version on youtube but it disappeared ;_; I loved that version!

  • I'm a little dissapointed that the spanish part was a dialog and not singing but otherwise really good video :D

Thanks for making it, Frollo does rock in all languages.

  • the guy should sing some part in spanish

  • cold u upload a full version of the danish and the sweedish version?? would love the here the full version in one of those

  • Swedish version: watch?v=wI7twbLmEoQ

  • The Danish version will be uploaded shortly. :)

  • the swedish is best! =D

  • swedish, french, Icelandic love

  • Yes, the "Flemish" part is definitely Slovak - he says "Nic nemam s tym" ("I have nothing to do with it" literally) "Boh ma svoj plan" ("God has his plan) "Vie preco v tejto chvili ďabol vladne nam" ("He knows why the devil rules us in this moment")

  • I listened to the Flemish part and indeed it isn't Flemish nor a regional dialect. The only thing that looks like Flemish is his first sentence in 'Flemish'. It looks like he says 'ik wil haar zien'(I want to see her in English). But the rest is certainly NOT Flemish. I found out that it is indeed Slovak. Listen to the Slovak version and listen to the moment where the Flemish starts here, you will see, it's the same. :)

  • danish i; <3

  • Flemish is the one with most fire in his voice

  • frollo's voice is good in all of these languages except greek. it sounds like that guy isn't more than 25 years old.

  • I like the ones that really bring out Frollo's character best; the ones with deep, impressive, dominating voices where you can hear the conviction and passion in each word.

  • Swedish... CREEPY :|

  • Hebräisch is cool!

  • love greek version!And,ovviously,italian too...;)

  • Ehmmm was that flemish? XD

  • I said in my description that it's not Flemish, but I don't know what language it is. 35kawaii53 says it's Dutch, so that might be it, I really don't know. When I found the clip it said it was the Flemish version.

  • @l3rendatjeh it´s slovak;)

  • as i've said i love spanish version... maybe i spent much time listening to it and i'm used to it, but i liked every other version, except french ... i actually laughed haha

  • i'm supid, LOL :-P

    Æhm..

    1. Danish

    2. English

    3. Italian

    4 .German

    5. Arabic

  • I Love the Danish version!!

    But i love Arabic too!

    Arabic is fun :-D

  • Danish Frollo has best voice..

But i love German, English, Italian version too!!

  • excellent work!!!awesome song

    check out the greek version

  • Finnish version is on youtube... or at least it was.

  • Excellent.

But I can't find Finnish version anywhere.. exept on my videotape :P

I'd like to compare the lyrics of movie songs in different languages.

  • ???

    What is Flemish?

    Flemland? lol

  • north of belgium

  • Just so you don't get confused: this isn't Flemish!!! It's actually just Dutch, but with another pronunciation and some different words...(It's my motherlanguage)

  • So awesome dude!

  • its best in swedish fo sure.

  • And the full slovak version is somewhere on youtube, if someone like it.

  • The "Flemish" is in reality Slovak language, you can be sure!!!

  • Do you have the full song of the "Felmish" song. If so can you send it to me. I think I know what it is but I am not sure.

  • "Flemish"

  • I believe I do have the full version somewhere. I'll send it to you. It'd be great if you could figure out what it is.

  • This is a really cool video. =) Also, Hebrew is written from right to left, not left to right. You spelled "ivrit" backwards. ^^;;;

  • The Flemish is not Flemish. It is another language.

  • I know. I said so in the description. Sorry if you were expecting it to be correct.

  • swedish you must hear the song mutch beter than french and arabian

  • weee Danish!!!

  • Hi, I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure that the part between 2:01 and 2:11 is not in Flemish. I don't know which language it is he's singing in, but as a native speaker I can say that's it's definitely NOT Flemish :)

    Greets from Belgium!

    Groetjes uit België!

  • Yeah, if you read the description you'd see that lots of people agree that it's not Flemish. I'm not sure what it is exactly, but the source I got the music from said it was Flemish so that's what I labeled it as. Hope you liked the video anyways!

  • besides the swedish (which I obviuosly like since that's the one I'm used to), I liked the Icelandic, Hebrew, German and Italian the most.

  • "Slovak is beautiful :) Although, whatever language it is" - It seems to me that somebody was bad in geography or I didn't understood that "whatever"... :-)

  • I liked Arabic version the most :)

  • i love this movie and the arabic and swedish voices i my favorites

  • This is such a neat idea. You should do more disney songs like this^^

  • Slovak is my favorite out of these. Swedish and Icelandic sound awesome as well.

  • I love mutilingual songs, but they make me feel really liguistically incompetant.

  • You don't have finnish? It's also pretty good, but english is better:)

  • Yeah.. Wel.. Uhmm.. They took the BEST part of the danish version (in my opinion) and took the ugly part from the swedish.. Bleh

  • Slovak is beautiful :) Although, whatever language it is, he still sounds creepy xD

  • swedish had a very powerful and strong voice! i think...and im NOT saying swedish is the best transtaltion language! i think finnis and norwigean is very good! (im swedish)

  • Where is the spanish from Spain version?!This is Latin American, not from Spain

  • All actors have their own evil Frollo... this is lovely.

  • Sorry for complaining before, It's nice of you to make two separate clips like this.

And I still prefer the Swedish singer, btw

    Frollo still speaks in tongues.^^

  • Since beggining of the 90s, in the Disney films there is an spanish translation for Spain and another one for South America, using the called "Neutral Spanish". This one doesn´t fit to any country in particular, although it is close to some regions in Central America.

In this Video you use the Neutral Spanish. In the other one, the one from Spain. I imagine that anyone can notice the huge difference between the accents... (he asks: ¿QueeEEeeEEEee?) :-)

  • Was it just me or was the orchestra in the Korean version off?

  • Yes, that particular clip was damaged when I got it, so the part of Korean that you hear is after much editing. It's probably the worse clip in both videos.

  • Yes, that particular clip was damaged when I got it, so the part of Korean that you hear is after much editing. It's probably the worse clip in both videos.

  • Korean doesn't work at all. I can't see this being in any Asian language.

  • It's not Flemish. I'm not quite sure, but it's Slovak, because I understood almost everything what he sings.

  • That Flemish is indeed not Flemish :p

  • Swedish voice own:D

  • I love the voice of the arabic part.. his name is ezzat abou auf ... I liked eng part very much

I cant understand but them :D

the rest r kinnda weird .. there voices i mean

    thaaaanx lordstratosphere ;)

  • Great job with this one, but why did you do some languages twice in your videos, but ignored some obvious ones, like Japanese?

    Ah well, great job anyway!!!

  • I would've loved to do Japanese, but I could not find the audio for the song. The only reason I used some of the languages twice was just because I needed some filler music, if you could call it that.

  • Hmm, Flemish wasn't even flemish I think, I didn't understand it ,, Maybe I have to listen better xP

  • yeah the spanish voice is from latinoamerica, the spanish voice from spain (constantino romero) is the same voice in catalan n_n

  • By Fernando Escandón

  • I like the swedish one most, he have such a powerful voice :)

    Yea, I'm swedish btw x)

  • Danish version is the best, with the greek and the flemish...
