I had both PS2 and Xbox consoles through that generation. And every game, when I had chance to compare (my friend would say bring the same game on the other console to compare).

It would almost always be more appeasing graphically and better frame rate on the xbox over the PS2 every single time.

Near the end of that generation the PS2 couldn't even have the newer games. Because it couldn't handle them.

Like: Far Cry Instincts and Doom 3.

Both the PS2 and GC, not enough.

@TheSyntaxOverride If you actually take the time to look of system specs. The Xbox is around *3 times* as powerful as the PS2. And about twice as powerful as the Game-Cube.

The xbox had built in hard drive, demolishing the storage capacity of the memory cards on PS2.

4 controller ports built in.

Only thing better was the fact that there was more games on the PS2. Being that it was newer. And the Japanese sure liked making a lot of PS2 exclusives.

But I think I would take quality over quantity.

Xbox was the first system to use a Hard Drive as a game saves and music. I still have mine to this day, but I need to buy an EEPROM reader to read the EEPROM chip on my Xbox's Motherboard to make a new hard drive since my old one lasted for 5 years.

Dude, do you even have a fucking PS2? On the front side there is no button "to turn it off". You can only reset the console with the power button! And she pressed it twice because sometimes the button clicks but nothing happens, if you dont push it hard enough. I know that because I have the original non-slim PS2.

@comperko Oh really? i have 10 ps2 controllers and 8 gcn controllers. All 10 of my ps2 contollers work perfectly fine whereas 5 of my gcn controllers have something wrong with them. Explain that. Gamecube - smallest-easiest to carry,best controller (fits hands perfectly) ,better graphics than PS2 and equall(if not better) as Xbox,shortest loading times (if there even were any),small discs,can take most damage and still survive sa shown in the video,better games overall, conclusion?
