There are 47 million American who have no access to health care, 18,000 die a year because they can not get medical care. Every city has thousands of homeless and that number is growing. Millions live in ghettos in violence and poverty. These are the millions of invisible Americans who are blamed for the class they were born into.

Many lose jobs, homes and everything because of medical debt. It is a really great system! HaHa.
