I'll add to the Plymouth defenders. I lived there up until the late 90's and just as a lot of towns, it is worse today than it was in the past. It was a great little town to grow up in once. I'm not sure how it is today, but I have heard about how it has changed. That said, Jimmy Harnen's Plymouth was not the equivelent of Harlem as some say in these comments.
