They're visiting Gonzo, the very anime studio responsible for the Strike Witches, and, the reason for their visit, the currently airing Shangri-La (double treat for those who care ;-) The lady explains what those various envelopes are for (like original drawings and such), and that her job is basically a runner/errand/co-ordinator girl, passing materials between people responsible for different stages of the animation, according to the script ... That's about what my Japanese is good for .)
