@andreynfs this is one of my very first track run. the motor goes to 8200. but i shifted around 7k cause i kinda panicked haha. i shift 8k now on the 8200 rev limit.
@YoungStatic ok cool. i had a question what would happen if i would put a B20 block on my JDM B16A motor, B20 block with JDM B16a head, could i without any other parts installed rev it up till 8K like with the stock Si block?
@andreynfs you can swap a b20 block over the the b16. you would need the vtec conversion kit though which is around 200 for everything. or if your piece it together you can make one for around 100. its able to rev just as high as the b16. arp rod bolt would help alot but ive never ran it so it should be ok.

have you tracked it? i cant wait for my b20 block to go back in. last time with the B20v it ran a 13.6 full interior and system. once the motor goes back in i got some new slicks and imma strip my car and run it..
in the video, the exhaust was taken off. its just the headers. buy daily exhaust is 4-1 itr header > 2.5' blox testpipe > 2.25 piping > 18' resonator > boxed muffler.
haha yea..but hey 14.1 is what my car runs with it on..i wonder if it would break 13s if i took it off, took my interior out, took my system out as well..who knows..
i have the B20block here in my garage that im rebuilding and everything from the LSV is gonna transfer over. and the block will be a spare for me just incase.

reinforce the block with ARP rod bolts, ACL bearings, block guard and bottom end is good to go.
trust me, people have different opinion. i have experience 1st hand so i know.
Half ass can also play a roll for the people who has a b20vtec that doesnt last over a year..do it once do it right.
