  • looks like you are well motivated so far! Keep it up! Hope you find a swim bottom or something to help us followers track your progress a little better- The shorts make it difficult to see the body progress. Good luck!

  • Salads, sandwiches, and occasional indulgences mainly. I only eat when I'm hungry, that's the big thing.

  • you are lucky that you dont have fat in your upper and middle area. you just need to work on your lower body , and thats easy. you will lose weight soon.

  • I hope so...I've already noticed that my lower body's getting a little smaller, and I'm trying to get over the appearance of my waist getting larger...!
