you are lucky that you dont have fat in your upper and middle area. you just need to work on your lower body , and thats easy. you will lose weight soon.
I hope so...I've already noticed that my lower body's getting a little smaller, and I'm trying to get over the appearance of my waist getting larger...!

Salads, sandwiches, and occasional indulgences mainly. I only eat when I'm hungry, that's the big thing.

hey gd luck, it can be done i am currently losing weight and i have lost 41 lbs in 16 weeks! not putting it on here though!
