Judah and Tamar is another great Code of Hammurabi story. Somewhere around the 180 is the law about father hood and pregnancy and temple prostitutes. Interestingly enough I don't think the right to fill in to provide offspring for your dead brother is in Hammurabi. Maybe somewhere else.
