I see something like that, but it's yellowish, in the last part of the square where there're green people watching something in a cliff.. one room before the white teleporting flowers.
since the view is all dark, could it be something like, the opposite of this stairs scene with that black speck?
it happened to me as first try too, I thought it was normal in game (there's something normal at first place?? lol)
