I still remember hearing this song for the first time on a warm summer evening in 1989 while I was tree-planting up around Chetwynd B.C. It resonated with me in a way few other songs have and Terri remains to this day my favorite gospel singer.

I first heard Terri Gibbs singing on a Gospel tape when I was tree-planting around Chetwynd B.C. in the Summer of 1990 and from the first time I heard her I KNEW the Lords blessing was on her life. I continue to sing her songs even though that cassette wore out years ago and I only wish there were more of her gospel songs posted on U-tube.

Terri is not related to Andy Gibb or any of the Bee Gees. She's just a talented southern lady from Grovetown, GA. She was active in the country music scene from 1980 to 1990 and was nominated twice for a Grammy and was the VERY FIRST Horizon Award winner of the Academy of Country Music. She a very nice and very talented lady. I had the privelege of doing a show with her on NYE at our church in Augusta, GA.

She actually lives in a trailer park in grovetown ga.She used to live about 3 trailers up from us and if anyone is interested her son is about to sign a contract in nashville.His name is david daughtery.She is very sweet.She loves to go to el kisko there in grovetown to eat and she lives a very quiet life.
