  • well mr . whatever : its glade to hear your abeyable comment thank you : you did a great job that we cannt do it

  • isn't that an indian dress... sarees...

  • @tsherique its worn by nepalese people as well.

  • @MsSamari ic...but we bhutanese don;t wear sarees or indian dress...we wear our national dress called Kira and Gho and we are proud to dorn these dresses.

  • @tsherique Actually 25% of Bhutanese do wear saris and other dress found in India and Nepal. It is only the dominat ethnic group of Bhutan that does not. It is also the government of Bhutan that tried to impose Kira and Gho on the whole population.

  • @kumarsa108 Our identity is Bhutanese and it is shaped by our religion, culture and our traditions. If some1 feels they should consider wearing sarees they most welcome to be in india or nepal. We are just trying to protect our sovereignity and indepence, and we will keep doing it without harming any1, but if they feel they should intrude and malign our society/principles etc of centuries old, we will stand our ground to proctect our place.
