I recently ordered $100 worth of lenses from Honeycolor. My experience was good for the most part. They arrived rather quickly, in about 5 days. I've never had to contact them personally so I don't know in regards to if/how they respond to customer concerns. My roomate also recently ordered $100 in lenses and got them in about 4 days.
ordered from honeycolor numerous, numerous times. never ever had a trouble with them. took 2 weeks or less for all of them to get me. the cheapest shipping and lens, too. often has good sales and coupon codes. idk.
I regret not buying from pinkyparadise just so I can save a few extra bucks. My lens took 1 MONTH to get to the US. And, it was DETAINED. The U.S FDA said this device "is subject to refusal into the US". I bought many pair of contacts that this never happened to me! I'm thinking what is in there? Cocaine? weed? I tried to settle this with HoneyColor and they NEVER once replied. I tried to file a dispute on paypal but failed. I am so aggravated I dont know what to do I just want my refund!!..
I fully recommend Pinky Paradise. It's the only place I'll order my circle lenses. Their costumer service is amazing and ships quite fast. I have never had a problem with them and I recommend them fully :) thanks for the review though so I know not to go there :D
@XsinfulXvampireX Try candylens also I ordered from there and got my lenses in 3 days. Paid a little more for shipping but the fact that it got here that fast when they said 5-8 days is quite amazing.
@Melindaduq325 omg the same thing is happening to me! $124 and first I emailed them asking what the deal was cause it's been a while and my order still says processing, and they got back pretty fast saying that they emailed me saying that one of the ones I wanted was out of stock and I didn't reply. I replied again saying that I never got an email like that but I just want a refund already cause I need it for other things, and now they aren't responding to me. I hope Paypal can do something.. :(
@PANDALOVECANDY OMG, they pulled the exact same thing with me! They claimed they emailed me saying one of my items was out of stock and that I didn't reply. Total b.s. I eventually got a refund from Paypal when Honeycolor stopped responding to my emails.

I ordered $135 on the 2nd of Nov free express shipping ( 4 days ) ...I have emailed honeycolor about my order ...havent seen my contatcs ...or heard from the company ...I placed the order and paid through paypal....I should have researched the company first ...I thought it was wierd that they didnt have a phone number ...can paypal help me get my money back ?

I agree I'm also having a bad experience with honeycolor. I placed my order two weeks ago. The 14.5mm Candy / King Size Brown lenses. They have only placed the invoice number on Oct. 20th. When I ordered them the 18th. And it's not Nov. 2nd and they ended up changing my order without even sending me an email about doing so. So now it says I ordered the Angel Brown lenses when I didn't. I'm never ordering from them again though. Crappy service all around.
I myself have had a terrible experience with them. Never got my contacts, money back, nothing. I strongly recommend NO ONE buys from these guys. There are tons of other contact lens sites out there that actually care about their clients.

I ordered my very first purchase from kiwiberry1 and unfortunately the product was returned to them because it was damaged by the post office. But the customer service is really really great. They offered a refund or a replacement pair, along with an extra free pair (of my choice) for compensation. So now I get 2 pairs! I'm very happy, and the shipping is fast. They returned all my emails within 24 hours.
Very very pleased! :) Can't wait for my lenses! :)
after all that I'm reading I regret having placed an order last week from that site! theory expressed by how many months should arrive lenses? I hope for good ..

Currently, trying to get my money back for at least the case and lens.
They declined my request on PayPal and never once apologized claiming they were never in the wrong and to return the "Candy Magic" Brown lens, of which I do not even have since they sent me G&G lens in some other yellowish/brown color, and deleted my account on their website. So there is no proof.
After reviewing the knock off lens on their site (to save other customers from the same problem) and e-mailing them about my USED contact lens case in the WRONG color. They deleted my account and have yet to contact me.
I guess they really want to cover up their shady business.
@MzExquisite What 'knock off' lenses? o.O As far as I know, all their lenses are authentic/from reputable brands. (G&G/Dueba [aka. Barbie/Candy Magic], EOS, Neo Vision, Hana SPC [aka. Vassen], Hyper Size [aka. Vassen], Super Pinky [aka. Vassen], Beaucon [aka. Neo], and Geo.)
And yeah--- y'see plenty of stores 'covering up' bad reviews or taking it off their site, unfortunately. :/ I've seen it before.
@MizValeer The color was way off from what was posted. It was some yellowish-brown color that was super unnatural looking (more like special effects lens?)
It was brought up in one of their reviews on the site that they left (I'm surprised) untouched.

That's just poor ethics, considering buying those lens from a supplier costs like $1-2 a pair, I used to do it. They have no sense of customer service..

As for the G&G and Candy Magic thing, it's actually pretty simple. :] I know that Candy Magic is a Japanese brand. However, they OEM most, if not all, of their lenses. Their King series, Gossip series, the Big series, the Natural series, etc.
As I was saying, you can find all of these series on G&G's website. In their catalog/product pages. :] Also on Dueba's website, since G&G and Dueba are essentially the same brand. ((Same exact product line/catalog.))
So yeah, Candy magic OEMs lenses (i.e. buys in bulk + relabels under their brand) from G&G/Dueba. Angel Color, another famed Japanese brand does this, too, but with Geo lenses. C:
@MzExquisite So yeah, you can see that Candy Magic is used interchangeably with Dueba and G&G lenses on several other very reputable lens stores. Pinky Paradise, for instance, has 'Barbie' Candy Magic as a brand. (Barbie is another name for Dueba lenses.)
They have all the Candy Magic lenses and advert pics, but have them w/ their original G&G/Dueba labels. C: And...confusingly enough, some Candy Magic lenses are made by EOS, too. @_@
The discolouration is still weird, though, for sure. @_@

She emailed them and they replied to her saying there was something wrong with her order or some BS and they'd give her a refund. They did, but my friend was still angry about their service. I felt bad for suggesting them to her and since I've seen other mixed reviews about HC, I don't really want to buy from them again... :\
Both of my lens are falsely advertised, the "Candy Magic" a Japanese brand were in fact "G&G" a lower quality Korean brand that did NOT look like the one modeled.
A lens case I bought was also in the wrong color, covered in fingerprints and scratches upon opening for the first time. It looked used and that's pretty disgusting and unsanitary.

They have time to post comments on their Facebook page, yet they ignore their customers' emails for weeks. I will never purchase from them again. OMG. I ordered from honeycolor too. The lense they sent me had a tear in it- But i only seen it when I opened the vial! (i know for a fact it wasnt me who ripped it, the lenses had a defect) I posted on Honeycolor facebook what happened AND emailed them. this is the kicker- Both comments and my account were deleted within hours. I was so shocked. I really can't stand their business anymore.

on pinky paradise i got faulty lenses. i got those pink ones ighsroigh i forgot the name and one of the lenses was just messed up. it was flat and it really irritated my eye. i didnt even bother to contact them because i figured there was nothing they could do since i already opened and tried them on.
@PiinkStrawberii ah i figured they would have just said too bad because i had already opened them. i had really bad irritation from them too. the lense didnt have a shape. at first i thought it as inside out, but that just made it worse. i think its too late now anyway, but thank you~
@rockthesocks14 Mm for reference, defective lenses are actually sort of an expected (although sucky) byproduct of these lens companies manufacturing SO many lenses all the time. Every brand- even western ones- has the occasional defective lens. And unless it's a visible defect in the vial & solution (like a rip or tear or pigmentation misprint), then distributors and shops aren't responsible for them.
However, lots of stores are willing to replace defective lenses if you just contact them. :]
Yeah... I always questioned the store, especially since some of their lenses are pretty expensive compared to other stores, I never considered buying from them. Now with this review I'm definitely never going to consider it. Thanks!

So glad this didn't happen to me, I've ordered from them twice and shipping was fairly good~ The only problem I had was after I ordered they told me they ran out of the prescription I ordered, but I just ordered a different one and they sent it right out! I'm so sorry this happened to you!

how long does the processing take in order for u to get a conformation number for the tracking on ur item if i may ask cuz i placed an order on the 7th and still have not gotten a conformation email with the tracking number...

If I knew how to make a Video...I'd be up here with you girl! I placed my order APRIL 2ND & It's august 30th, with yet the statues on my order being 'PROCESSING'. I have sent MANY e-mail with NO ANSWER!! I tried talking to paypal, but there is NOTHING they can do. If anyone is thinking of buying from HC.com, think it over. I'm very scared now, I JUST ordered the Geo Bambi Sesame Gray lenses as well...I didn't come across this video just a day after I ordered my lenses. :(
I hope I have no problems, and if I don't, I'll still be skeptical about buying from them ever again. I'll be so disappointed if I do have problems though :(

I'm also having a bad experience with Honeycolor. I've been emailing them for the past 2 wks asking for my order status, which I placed about 6 weeks ago with express shipping, and NO ONE has responded. They have time to post comments on their Facebook page, yet they ignore their customers' emails for weeks. I will never purchase from them again. I have no idea if they even intend to send me my lenses. I'm especially angry because I placed a big order and paid a lot of money!

I ordered over $100 worth of product and it was EXPRESS shipping....it's almost 2 weeks later and I still havent received my package...then I keep getting emails saying that they're partially refunding my purchase, but with no reason (mind you, I have yet to see that refund reappear on my bank account) I'm way past irritated at this point -_-

talk about CENSORSHIP...i didn't even post a BAD comment on their facebook wall. it was a week and i just wanted to know where my lenses were and why they didn't respond to my emails and they deleted my comment...
AND how you can post "feedback" on their website...FILTERED. mine didn't get posted, heck all the reviews that weren't honest that didn't praise their services got filtered out.
it's completely unfair to new customers.

OMG. I ordered from honeycolor too. The lense they sent me had a tear in it- But i only seen it when I opened the vial! (i know for a fact it wasnt me who ripped it, the lenses had a defect) I posted on Honeycolor facebook what happened AND emailed them. this is the kicker- Both comments and my account were deleted within hours. I was so shocked. I really can't stand their business anymore.

on pinky paradise i got faulty lenses. i got those pink ones ighsroigh i forgot the name and one of the lenses was just messed up. it was flat and it really irritated my eye. i didnt even bother to contact them because i figured there was nothing they could do since i already opened and tried them on.

@rockthesocks14 Mm for reference, defective lenses are actually sort of an expected (although sucky) byproduct of these lens companies manufacturing SO many lenses all the time. Every brand- even western ones- has the occasional defective lens. And unless it's a visible defect in the vial & solution (like a rip or tear or pigmentation misprint), then distributors and shops aren't responsible for them.
However, lots of stores are willing to replace defective lenses if you just contact them. :]

Wow, I'm SO shocked at your horrible experience! Last time, I had ordered from them and the shipping got delayed because they ran out of shipping supplies, so then they upgraded to the fast shipping method for free for me o_o When I e-mailed them, they responded in 2 days max.
