When the person made this video, they had two pictures. 1) the top layer, which was the original. 2) the bottom layer, which had all the changes (including the lips). The photoshopper erased the top layer with the eraser tool, and then the bottom layer (with the lips) was exposed.

Guys, you'll never guess which tool he used. Becuase he had already retouched image underneeth. All he did is laid over the original, and used "erase" tool to uncover the retouched image. There's no magic took that would do all that job in a minute :)
