@ThatGassettGuy - Continued...when Derrick started to resist arrest, the Police Officer had every right to step up the force to get him to comply. These other so called activists in the video were violent towards the police for no reason at all. Jason Rapsher should be thankful that he did not get tased that the Police Officer would have every right to as the situation was getting out of control.
