@superwolfqueen21 Multiple ways. The easiest way i find is just call the number on the back of the card and follow the steps. Its really easy and you don't even have to talk to a person. Its all audamted. Takes about a minute if you know what you're doing.

@0BambooPanda0 It depends on which phone you get. This phone in particular runs off of the sprint towers. So you should check the sprint data network in your area before buying this phone.

@mrbaylove7 It hasn't frozen on my in a long time. Thats because I know how to use it. Before i would leave all my apps open, overloading it. But now its all good. Even when you have a lot of apps open, it can handle. Just sometimes if you do too much. it can over load. Long story short, this phone does not freeze unless you give it a reason to.

@jmshollisterco I believe the Lg is better, considering it has the full QWERTY keybaord. Plus some other minor differences. The other phone I was talking about is called the Samsung T528g. Horrible phone. Just overall bad.

You should have done the 3g web browsing test instead of the wifi test. Most phones will be fast on wifi, but 3g is where they bog down. I'm thinking about switching to straighttalk from virgin mobile, and this is the phone I'm going to get if I do.

I miss having the better phone so lately I've been thinking about getting an android straight talk phone . Your review sold me on this Optimus Q phone. It has excellent speed as you said. @canttouchthis533 It depends. If youre on wifi, you can watch hd movies really quick. No mess ups (if your connection is low, of course, hd will be slow). If youre on 3g, like most smartphones, it takes a little bit. Whats good about this one, is it loads like 25% then plays when you're on 3g. So even though you have to wait a little bit, you won't have to wait while you're watching your video.

I bought this phone for my girlfriend in November. The phone works pretty well with the apparently and multitasking. No the phone does not take a sim card. There is a lab issue bit that can be resolved with expanding the memory. Id say this phone is an amazing device for the price. Excellent entry device.

Best review I've found of the phone. How has your contact been with customer service? I had terrible problems where they kept connecting me to some Filipino people who speak broken English and the line was full of static. My girlfriend called them and said she got someone who speaks clear English. I had to hunt numbers all over the internet to find the number of Tracphone in Florida to ask them information about StraightTalk.
