After playing guitar for enough time, you hardly ever have to look at finger positions. Also, as with performances, I say; if you haven't played it enough times to be able to do it blindfolded, you shouldn't be performing quite yet.

I studied for 5 years with a teacher here in Brazil.. but I guess "Guitar Pro 5" is a good software that you can learn some things.

thx dude, another question i know your playing fingerstyle, but if u had a pick and u were to play D major chord, u hit the lowest 4 strings when u do a upstrum do you hit the same 4 strings or do you hit all the strings?

Just the lowest ones.. cause the other 2 are E and A and we do not have this notes in D chord right?!

actually A is in a D chord, so you could play it

and for the low E string, you could just press down the second fret (making it F#) and play all 6 strings (but its easier to just not play it lol)
