Hey! Have you thought about anxiety zero technique (Go to anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my father pretty much cured anxiety with it.
EFT is a recycled version of TFT...originated by Roger Callahan in the 80's(see my video). Gary embellished it and gives no credit(in his youtube vids)to Roger...but this is FAR more than not, based on ROGER's work. TFT. A Ford is still a Ford...even if you choose to forget about Henry.
I remember seeing this video a couple of years ago and thought EFT was barmy. I now know that EFT is amazing. No matter how silly it looks, it really does work.
