  • เต้นสงกรานต์

  • Lovely nudi ^^

  • Sorry I was not thinking that

  • is it too hard to find a narrator who's not on crack

  • Gastrodons! :D

  • @bombkirby

    Yep, most definitely Gastrodons.

  • Need to get Ted Williams to narrate instead.

  • pokemon !

  • sea slugs look kind of like slongs which is my way of saying penis. Who can say SEA SLUG SLONG 5 times fast!!!!!!!

  • @Denychie that i gotta agree with you ocean life is beautiful!!!!!!

  • National Geographic's retarded narration strikes again!

  • great footage if you just mute the fucking moron

  • slugs

  • Why are these things alive? rid the seas of them all

  • Comment removed

  • those creats looks deadly venomous at first sight. only a stupid fuckwit like the narrator would dare to piss those nudibranch killers.

  • what the fuck kind of animal is that?!?

  • fuck sake.. the narrator annoys me

  • god i hate americans.........not all the time.....but right about now

  • Nicholas was a big fool

    He claimed to be best

He exclaimed, "I beat the rest!"

And now he has detention after-shcool!

  • i want one az a pet

  • can you touch them?

  • The commentary on this video is so fucking awful.

  • Wow they look like pokemon!

  • @4reignobjekt Shellos is one of these :)

  • Gastrodon too

  • The house stopped. These are the brains.Theresa Ellis was a no show.Make them thin.

  • wow so many colours. imagine finding one of these guys in your garden, eating your cabbages! lol.

  • Will it hurt my pufferfish if it tries to eat it ?

  • aww poor pufferfish

  • "nudey-brank" try nu-di-branch"

  • youmantube22

new-di-brank is the correct pronunciation, its latin.

At first look it does look like nu-di-branch, but thats not how its meant to be said.

  • they look yummy

  • Dude they're in saltwater already salt probably won't hurt them.

  • @Idiot1197

Powdered Soap probably will kill them.

Tried it on a Slug and Snail, they boiled.

  • @asdawewqasd thats awesome :D

  • @Idiot1197 Lol... salt dries a snail out. This snail lives in saltWATER LOL! She'd surely die faster...

  • @Idiot1197 Dissolved salt in water is harmless to them but actual salt crystals touching them can be lethal.

  • @xxX1337h4x0rXxx holy shit, *facepalm*

How could I forget that x.x Thanks dude; others should vote you up. >w>

  • the narrator is fucking terrrible.

  • @MetalSlaaDi I don't think it's the narrator; it's the writers :P

  • @Aaron2071 noo its the narrator. his voice annoys me to no end

  • @shunnehling Really? It's his words that annoyed me xD it's like dummed down to the level of a 2 year old. :P

  • @MetalSlaaDi he is not meant to be taken seriously.... clearly you have never watches this show.... neither have all the people that liked this... this show is sort of humourously directed at children

  • @MetalSlaaDi Yeah. Maybe it's the only way they can get American audiences to watch the show?

  • @cuallito i guess? he's just so condescending and obvious. let the video speak for itself. explain without going through a process of dumbening

  • These colors don't run...

because they warn predators of poison.

  • wow... that's amazing. :P

  • the thing that sucks is that people buy these for their saltwater tanks and then they end up dying because there food source cannot be replicated.

    a waste indeed.

  • who would place a man-o-war in his tank? kinda risky....

  • hid lights can produce amazing results in a saltwater tank, but a nudibranch is a terrible pet. due to the fact that are extremely toxic, one false move and your S.O.L. they are rare pets, only for an expert.

  • iv found a bunch off some docks in victoria b.c

  • good job

  • They are so diverse!

  • First time I saw one of these were in Sea World

  • cool, thats where my mam got baptised.

  • I am fascinated by the wonder of these very colorful creatures. Can anybody tell me where or what title to get in DVD that is all about Nudibranchs? I appreciate it!

  • i did a report on these in 6th grade, and i now realize that i had been pronouncing the name wrong all this time... live and learn

  • i love these guys but too many of them have specialized diets and for me its too much work either feeding them sponges and anemones or just tracking down one that doesn't have a specialized diet.

  • thats funny i'm certain i've picked them up when i was working in an aquatic centre

  • Yum, yum. Poison!

Those things look soooo delicious. Imma eat one with whipped cream and a cherry.

  • to be honest making sushi with them was last on my mind

  • I remember reading the article in NG for these critters. :)

  • There are these underwater slugs that are rainbow, and they have these electrical currents going through them.

  • Thats insane. Only fish have minor electricity around them due to the presence of gills.

Slugs mainly kill their victim with poison

  • wrong!, the nudibranchs also have gills but they dont have electricity; and most of them dont kill their victims with poison, they eat poisonus anemones and recycle their poison... also there're cryptic species that only have nice colours and zero poison... it's a strategy to scare their depredadors ... ;D

  • Yup, I agree to the later part, but I didn't know nudibranchs have gill slits...Thanks for the info...

  • if you want more info about nudibranchs writte me, :)

  • "I BET YOUR THINKING, look at these beautiful fascinating creatures, wait till i impress my friend by putting it in a sushi roll and serving it for diner"

YEA!! we were all thinking that??

  • i love the flying spaghetti monster!

    lol, full pirate regalia.

  • God created the universe in 6 days and He rested on the 7th. If you're going to hate on somebody else's religion, at least get your facts straight!

  • What a retarded narrator...

Blue sea slugs are the most beautiful animals tho

  • well, i believe that from the sheer diversity of animals, god most have planned evolution in some way.

  • Those are some beautiful sea slugs :-)

  • nature's amazing gift to humans! if only humans know how to appreciate them.....

  • you mean boobies?

Eagles and hawks are much cooler if u ask me

  • umm, they are saltwater creatures! they'll just gobble it up and flip you off as they squirm away in the distance! :P

  • Oh boy, we're back to the annoying, happy dorky narrator mode

  • hey those are good for sushi rolls...j/k...

  • Who the hell looks at that and thinks. "that would look nice in a roll"

  • he was reading a stupid script. i cant believe he talks like that 2 get paid

  • I soooo would do that

  • what if he doesnt have one, loser?

  • Kitty !

  • "Osaka" likes those hehe....

  • I agree =)

  • Im waiting for when national geographic runs out of animals and starts creating their own in labs and then releasing then in the amazon as a "discovery"

  • hahaha, i actualy think that wil happen, just when eh?

  • There's 13 trillion species of animals.

  • and God made them all

  • the commentary guy sounds extremely happy. Good for him.

  • Yeah, because slugs in my salat is just the kind of thing I might enjoy ...

  • more info about them please...

  • Some animals can. Some cannot.

  • just a question, can animals see colors?

  • nope.

  • Some animals can see colors, many cannot.

  • It depends on the animal. For example, some deep sea animals can see a range of colors except red.

  • yummy! :)

  • yes, eating these guys is the FIRST thing i thought of when i saw them.

  • youre an idiot lol

  • I'd eat one.

  • LOL!

  • Their hard to keep alive for a long time in an aquarium. I had a few and they look awsome

  • They forgot the coolest thing about Nudibranchs; they eat cnidarians and use their nematocyst stinging cells as their own defense.

  • they didnt forget that. it's in there.

  • Saltwater in shallow tropical waters

  • Where are these creatures found? Salt or fresh water, shallow or deep, tropical or temperate?

  • awesome! that would scare me though.

  • Cool.

  • Cool Video 5 stars
