see i can take a small battery and make it turn a big wheel with small pully on motor and big on wheel . to multiply voltage .using magnets and coil pickups using ac caps to rectifier to dc cap for use. but can also use fuji circuit to do the same thing . where original power wont light string of leds but end result will with use of devices. keep working .

I see the bottom wheel that the actuator works on, (the one with the gate) Do you think it would be possible to create an outer wheel with a groove holding a magnet so that once the cycle reaches the gate the magnet would drop down and start the cycle over?
