  • This song is beautiful when Dubliners perform it...

  • Northern Protestant Unionist, Southern Catholic Republican, Liverpool Docker... Forget the division sh!t that the moneyed people so love you having. Larkin was on the side of the workers wherever and whoever they were. It's a pity he's not around now.

  • if the prods of the so called northern ireland think of this as their country, why do they not celebrate on the anniversary like the americans do on independence day,i tell ye why, someday there will be no such thing as northern ireland,it will become an irish republic.ps,robert emmett epitaph will not be written under this sinn fein leadership

  • We (Croatia) need that kind of man...anyway, this song is beautifull :)

  • This song sends shivers through me

  • Jim Larkin. RIP. Ireland sure could need you now <3

  • iM A UNIONIST FROM WHAT YOUS MAY CALL THE NORTH . MY FAMILY LIKE MANY OTHERS SUPPORTED LARKIN ONLY TO BE SLAPPED IN THE TEETH BY HIS BEYTRAL AT THE GPO THE ORDINARY LOYALIST PEOPLE IN THE SHIPYARDS IN BELFAST OUR FOREFATHERS HAVE NEVER FORGOTTEN SHAME SHAME SHAME

  • @mmcn7535 why are you shouting

  • @sam22ish SO PEOPLE LIKE YOURSELF WILL SIT UP AND LISTEN TO THE TRUTH

  • @mmcn7535 really? ITS IRELAND! IT BELONGS TO IRELAND AND ITS PEOPLE! if you want to be ''british'' go to britain! the parition of this country has been its curse. You know your irish, but you cant accept it.

  • @pinchpentatnic I live in Northern ireland pal that as me and you know is as British as finchely. But now that your calling for repatriation why don,t you ask those who regard themselves citizens of the irish republic to go home. Hows about that

  • @mmcn7535 No.Its Ireland.Well, the nationalists of ireland in the north, i.e Derry, have the birth right to freedom, not to be oppressed by foreign governments. Its their home, just because the english planted the north and stole the land (as usual),dosent make it british, your IRISH, maybe if you were born in London, you'd be british?? Enjoy the hard truth hypocrite :)

  • @pinchpentatnic Look at the money in your pocket. Now where is it again that you live????? Thats right good old blighty.

  • @mmcn7535 Just like i thought, you CANT answer the question because you know your wrong :) Screaming Hypocrite here lads :)

  • @pinchpentatnic The island of ireland has never been united, accept under british parliment there has always been seperate ways and cultures. So yes im Northern Irish. But not irish as what you and a few others would like the whole of the island to be defined as. You see there will always be a Northern Ireland within the uk. unless you plan to exterminate us all.???? But thats been tried and failed and it will fail again and again and again.

  • @mmcn7535

Whats the name of a province in Irish and what were the Brehon Laws? Who enforced them and where were they learned and by whom? How did the ofstering system work and what was its purpose? At this stage historians reckon outside the Roman Empire Ireland was probably the most united of Kingdoms in the Western World. Now piss of back to Britain you hun cunt and never speak about the land your family have been holidaying in for the last 400 years again.

  • I'm honored to be a Larkin. Thanks for sharing!

  • James Larkin. Born in Combermere Street, Liverpool. The man who said his aim was to abolish religious sectarianism between Catholic and Protestant. The man who, as a Roman Catholic, had two members of the Independent Orange Order on the Strike Commitee when Protestant and Catholic workers took on the bosses in Belfast, 1907.

Working men and women everywhere should hold the name of James Larkin in high regard.

  • He was a man for the working men and women no matter what you where.
