Okay I figured it out... It just need to be ungrouped from the audio. But still it can't be 0... I can't take the bar lesser than 0.18. and it's the same when I reverse it. Then it can't be higher than -0.18

Why would you want it to be zero? If you need a snap shot you can zoom to one frame and export it as a picture.

Thanks for the advice. Another problem now. I made a slideshow with music using pictures. I have it saved. I go to export the movie as Mpeg and also Avi I've tried. So I go to upload the video to Youtube. Well, I can't find the videos anywhere in my files. Where are they going? I simply saved the slideshow as an Mpeg. After it's done saving, the media player comes up and I watch the video. Where is it inmy files? All I see in my files MVD still. Don't understand why? Any help thanks

By default, MEP will save it in a MEP video folder. Open the program and just click export as any file format and the popup menu will appear. Click the filefolder icon to the right of the destination options to see where they are on your computer Mr96tears.

I just purchased a Flip Cam and and the movie edit pro 14 today. Very excited about making new videos. I'm just a little lost on cutting/editing each clip. For instance, I'll record 5 different things with my flip cam. I then download the files to movie edit pro 14. So then I have my 5 videos on the bottom. What do I do now. I want to cut each seperate video and eventually want to make it into one continous video with no long pauses between each clip. I've made vids before. New to this.

Sorry, high quality equals bigger file sizes. Try exporting at 720 x 480. That will still be a 16:9 format and a little smaller file size. Thanks for watching drakostreet.

Yes You can. Okay this is it... Go pick your video...go click the Effects tab (right by titles) and click Audio FX .. Scroll down to use the helium effect on audio or scroll lower and look for the shift higher effect. Hoped it helped!

I like the HQ option over the HD because older flash players still let you watch in HQ, but not HD. The HD option is cool and I wish you could get both options for your videos. Thanks Tamerickg2.

I think youtube is avi but you can export to different formats from the file menu. If not there is a free converter from NCH software called Prism, just google it.

This happens when I export my videos as .avi: I check the size of a video I used, ok it's 640x480. Then I export movie as size of 640x480 and 4:3 as it should be. Why does it make my videos all crappy quality. The picture is unclear(especially the titles I added)

Movie edit pro will read VOB files. Just put the DVD in your computer and drag and drop the movie to the timeline. Magix also makes a program called Movies2go. It will convert your DVD movie into a format suitable for your Ipod. Once in this format you should be able to use that file alot easier than the huge VOB file off the DVD.

To add music such as an mp3 or wma file, simply navigate to the folder where your music files are and drag and drop your song onto the timeline. Its really that easy, give it a try. Thanks for the comment.
