It's already been researched and I've been informed the proposed legislation passes all DOJ requirements for a mandated act involving the issue of voter registration...in other words, it's NOT considered discriminatory in any way to require any person to register to vote "in person" at their local Registrar of Voters Office. This will stop such fraud, or at least 99.9% of it. This will also mean ACORN will in effect be put out of the voter registration business. Amen!!!
I've come up with the ultimate way to prevent voter fraud. I've already spoken with my U.S. Senator and Congressman and they like my proposal. It'll become known as the Voter Registration Fraud Prevention Act. It will be a federal mandate upon all states and local county registrar of voter offices that will require any person wishing to register to vote to do it in person requiring valid picture ID at the county registrar of voters office or state office of motor vehicle administration (OMV).
