Awesome Song!!! heard this in a restaurant today and liked it. Didn't know this was a remake until trying to find it on youtube. Orginal is great, but I prefer Diane's version....little more jazzy with a great beat!!

This is a terrific cover of this song. I first saw and MET Siouxie and the Banshees when they played my school Party in '79. Climb out your emo shells and your parents basements or garages and know that there is cool beyond what your little "tribe" embraces. BTW, S&the B's love this cover, as does This Mortal Coil.

Its was a dance song! i think this was cool. Fast bass, with dance drum beat, palm muted riff of the guitar with the same riff over all. I will kiss you.

Being a long-time SATBanshees fan I can say that most fans will be hard to sell on a cover of any of their songs. We love Siouxsie, not just the songs. So, you had your work cut out from the get-go. That being said, this isn't a 'playful' tune.. it's supposed to have that haunting sadness to it. It's about the death of Jane Mansfield for cryin' out loud. Not enough depth to this mix and the tempo is set more for a dance-tune. Sorry, nice try but gotta pass.
