I'm always the one called to remove one from the tub, the sink or where ever it is and I simply pick it up with a tissue and put it outside. I'm sure there are spiders to be afraid of but I've just not met one yet personally... I have this sort in the vid in my garage too and so far they've never done anything threatening like jump at me or come inside so I just let them live and don't give it a second thought about them being there.
