  • lovely guy i wish i were him

  • What a fucking deadbeat..... pay your damn bill!!!!! Loser

  • @nattybelch123 Umm alot of times these "debt collectors" are scams. Asking for your routing number from your own bank is fishy. I NEVER give out personal info over the phone. Your bank will send you a letter not call you. Plus the fact that she said she had all his info and threatened him shows how fishy the call is!

  • He is GOOODD. I really enjoyed this.

  • Eh... you're pretty funny, but they're in the right here. That's their money. They deserve to be paid back.

  • She can't disrespect you or thretten you. There is a law suit there!

  • you are the shit!!! baahahahahaahah! you rock!

  • LOL...and fuck those people blabbing about "pay your bills". There are always circumstances that you don't know about. Bill collectors are trash that can't get a real job. If the company wants the money so bad they should do it themselves.

  • She does have a nice voice

  • Maybe I'm biased because I pay my bills on time and don't get these calls, but debt collectors get a bad reputation. When everything crashed, people were blaming the banks, but the banks were only partly to blame. The other part went to morons like this guy who borrow money that isn't theres, buy what they need, and then don't pay it back. And then the guys who are the middlemen--who btw--are providing a service of trying to get the debt before it goes to a collection agency, are the bad guys.

  • @mcbrainder1 So if the company wants the money so bad, why aren't they the ones doing it? They hire fucking retards for $10/hour to basically harass people over things that sometimes people don't have control of. Collection Agencies are scums of the Earth. For the record I am 100% caught up on bills and have a $0 credit card balance.

  • @Reckin007 I knew a guy who did the debt collection thing and he didn't like the job for obvious reasons, but he also said the majority of people just forgot or needed to know more about their options. Most tried to apologize or said thanks because debt collectors are basically the guys that stand between paying and going to the credit bureau, which is ultimately the worst thing that can happen for people. It's a service, but most people don't see it that way.

  • @Reckin007 It is harrassment in a way, but it's harrassment to collect a payment that was agreed upon by the person being called in the first place. I know things come up, but when it's your money that you're lending and the person you lent it to has "things come up", do you just say "ah well." This is why everything crashed a few years back, because irresponsible banks lent to irresponsible people. The last person whose fault it is is the people trying to get the money.

  • 1-0-M.... LOL!!!

  • ROFL

  • awesome!

  • Why don't you just quit being a douche and pay your bills

  • "something in your voice" ha ha ha ha ha

  • Funny, I've messed with these people before. It's hilarious.

  • you know there is no letter M on the routing number. lmaooo

  • your a sav man!

  • Oh thats a bottle of gatorade LOL

  • LMAO love this mate!

  • ahhhhhh bitchhh

  • SHE SOUNDED LIKE A BEANER

  • I felt sorry for the girl. Yeah, DC's are a pain in the ass, but they have a job to do. If you don't want them calling you, then pay your bills. Simple as that.

  • Lol I hope she posted it on your myspace. That's in violation of the FDCPA

  • Idiots like this pissed me off when I was a collector. the girl is just trying to do her job to pay her bills and this dick don't have the balls to just say he's broke and hang up, he's gotta waste her time being stupid. Dispute the debt, pay it, or refuse to and let the girl get on with her day. The dude wouldn't like someone screwing with him while he's trying to do his job, so wtf makes it funny to him, or anyone else, when he's on the other side of it?

  • @Mindcrime121 Debt collectors deserve to be fucked with MUCH MUCH worse than this - they deserve to be castrated - you are enforcing debt-enslavement to evil banks - just like the foreclosure cops who throw people out of their homes to hand the home to the bank - the same bank that was bailed out by the evicted taxpayer when the banks were broke in the 2008 GFC. Where were the debt collectors and foreclosure cops on the fucking banks? Where were you then?

    SEE THE BIGGER PICTURE!

  • @BiggerThinking1 Collectors are just people talking to debtors for an hourly wage, dude. No different than flipping burgers except you have know a bunch of legal shit. Take that all up with the banks themselves and the owners and CEOs of the collection agencies who are the ones actually profiteering, and while you're at it remember that no one forces people to borrow money. If you can't afford it, don't buy it. Credit debt is a hole that people willingly and knowingly jump into.

  • @Mindcrime121 German SS were "just people" gassing prisoners for an hourly wage Thats OK huh? cos they needed to eat too right? - the whinging prisoners should have "take that up" with the Nazi party and Adolph.

And its not always loans that debt collectors come after - its often fines (for such crimes as speeding by 1mph on the way to work, or not being able to find a train ticket within 30 seconds of request) - maybe half a weeks wage penalty for losing a train ticket in peak hour rush.

  • @BiggerThinking1 Comparing German SS gassing millions of Jews, to a chick bugging this guy on the phone over a debt he hasn't paid? REALLY?!? OMFG!! And I've never even heard of a "foreclosure cop", but you should be asking your CONGRESSMAN that question, not someone who made minimum wage for a year and a half calling poeple to remind them they have an unpaid bill. Go take your meds, dude! You're getting overexcited!

  • @Mindcrime121 Are you saying that 2 isnt on the continuous range from 0 to 10? pure mnath dude - Nazis were just more extreme - but its in the same direction.

Im not on any meds - you are - mainstream audiovisual propaganda (TV, entertainment, church, alcohol - whatever it is u use its YOU that's not thinking straight pal.

And as re "ask your congressman" - same argument as b4 dude - like a gas chamber prisoner writing a letter to Chancellor Adolph - laughably naive dude - grow a cell!

  • @BiggerThinking1 Your arguements are SO out of CONTEXT!! OMFG! WTF is a loan company SUPPOSED to do if you borrow money and then don't pay it back?! 2 is in that progression from 0-10, sure, but C is NOT. You just can't compare someone who borrows money and fucks off the lender to someone who has the luck of the draw to be born Jewish, you moron, any more than you can compare making a phone call to KILLING someone!!

  • @Mindcrime121

    1. Again - Where were the debt collectors and foreclosure cops on the fucking banks in GFC?

    2. You're initial premise that banks have the right to print money and lend it at interest is entirely bogus - its illegitimate and thus debt doesnt exist.

    3. Even more importantly - WHAT ABOUT FINE DEFAULTERS - FINING IS BULLSHIT VICTIMIZATION OF THE POOR! TAKING AWAY A SINGLE MOM'S ABILITY TO FEED HER KIDS FOR A WEEK! FOR WHAT? LOSING A TRAIN TICKET IN A RUSH?

  • @BiggerThinking1 You're obviously not even bothering to skim the replies I'm posting, which have already adressed the questions you've asked that had ANYTHING to do with my original post, so go troll someone else. You're boring me now.

  • @Mindcrime121 LOL - the empty farewell of the defeated. You know i'm right. Take care.

  • @Mindcrime121 Is a bomb factory worker "just doing his job" because he doesnt actually light the fuse? BUllshit - he knows damn well what its going to be used for - same with debt collectors working for banks.

  • @BiggerThinking1 Ya, sure, and by THAT "logic" we should kill the mail man for bringing us the bills and the collection agencies dunning letter preceeding the phone calls too. As I said, you are purposefully ignoring all sense of context and anything else that doesn't support the delusional perception of the topic you wish to portray. No one sane is that stupid, so you're either trolling or off your meds.

  • @Mindcrime121 NOPE - your argument has no basis - debt collectors deserve throat slashing.

  • @Mindcrime121 And you didnt answer my question;

Where were the debt collectors and foreclosure cops on the fucking banks? Where were you then?

  • Ha Ha Ha!!! "Will you go on a date with me?"! Hilarious!

  • Why did the bill collector ask where he lives when I thought she had all his personal information in front of her?

  • Why did the bill collector ask where he lives when I thought she had all his personal information in front of her?

  • She can still report it and it is most likely reported already to your credit record even if your do pay it

  • nice work man ! I loved that call ! These bastards buy these debts for pennies from citibank and then try to scam everyone to pay it ! What a scam, keep up the great work !

  • Where are located? Doesn't she already have your info...supposedly? This was great. Thanks for a great laugh!!

  • threat to swooon, omg so weird, she actually wanted to go on a date with him

  • lol....I kind of feel bad for debt collector operators. But then again....not really...lol

  • when you grabbed the gatoraid I cracked up.

  • yes, lets go frisbee golfing!

  • at 3:30 the bill collector violated consumer's rights. "I got your personal information including your address and social security address..." that is a threat. Unless of course this video is a fake, the BC violated this consumer's rights of fair privacy law.

  • @cabanaboi29 debt collectors have special exemptions LEGALLY - ie they are the only people that can record the phone call without your permission.

  • @cabanaboi29

No it's not. She is simply telling him that his credit report is going to get fucked.

  • @dryanmorr bill collectors are not allowed by law to say "i have your social security number and address.." that's crossing the line when it comes to the implication that if you aren't goin to pay a bill then it will be addressed to the credit bureau. I have worked as a b.c. and it would had been a felony to cross that line - $10,000 in fines and restitution and at least 12 months in jail for saying that. If you havent worked as a bill collector then you have no idea

  • @cabanaboi29 Correct, by law the instant she used that inference about his address and personal info she broke the law.

  • @drgonzo767 It's funny how the people who accept the least responsibility for their actions are always the first to claim their rights being violated. If you are a dead-beat, you don't deserve to be treated any better than a dead-beat.

  • @proclivity11 The law is the law, and protects everyone equally. Don't like it? Work to change the law.

  • You look like Chris Evans from the Fantastic Four!!!

  • Where she said "I have all your information" that was a veiled threat or at least it would appear that way to the least sophisticated consumer. The "that's why you don't pay your bills" is abusive language plus she threatened to post information about your debt. These are all violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and you could sue them for $1,000 plus punitive damages.

  • That was freakin awesome dude! I hate those damn calls.

  • She couldn't do shit, he'd be a millionare by the end of month. That collection agency would have so many law suits up the ass.

  • bad ass all the respect man

  • thats fucking awsome man lol great work

  • lol he got a Gatorade out.

  • I never pay my bills! :D And you know, so far all debt collectors went and fucked them selves! :D

  • This guy needs to see a lawyer. That debt collector threatened him when she talked about doing stuff with his personal information. There's federal laws that'll make it really easy to get a couple of thousand. Some guys know these laws well and make a living by not paying off of their debt. They just record what the collectors say and push their buttons right.

  • That's classic! Where you at? Pineapple ...

  • I just laughed so hard my eyeballs fractured

  • credit 'ratings' are a scam to keep the sheep in line. ask any banker. collection agents are sad tools. so far down on the food chain it's not funny.

  • @roomrumblers Yea, but those "ratings" can prevent for from getting a loan on a new house or a car.

  • @comedyguy911 In times like these people are paying off their debt (if possible) not acquiring it.

  • Minnesota, hell yeah! this guy is a guy I want to drink a beer with and call a pizza.

  • Pineapple... Pineapple... Piiiiineapple!!!

  • ids roof lol mineesota ye yeee
