*sighs* ... I truly hope this game won't be restricted to be sold at America only, but in Europe too. I still can't understand why in the world, after almost a year, the game still hasn't appeared here? ... ... I'm beginning to think that the same thing will happen to this game as with Fatal Frame 4. The only other thing that could even remotely be an explanation is that the game is 100% banned in Europe.

... I truly wish it isn't that last reason. I so like to play this game.

the funny thing is their clothing. it's like they wear whatever(even a kimono) but once a doctor's jacket is sluggishly put on(or non at all), they become magical docters. they dont even seem to wear their clothes right when they're operating too... especially the kimono, that is really just.... the others are meh(except for the forensic women)

those might not be real scenes, just showing how dramatic the game is or something, should i get this? i played a type of game like this on the ds and the story was good but the surgery was so .... repetitive or something, it got kinda boring and scary xD i hated them coz i was terrible at it and when i got stuck on it it was like ugh, i need a game with nothing but story LOL, yeah i sound crazy.

yeah I'm an EMT in an Emergency Dept and this game is about the stupidest shit I have ever seen. Fake Wii surgeries...ha ha what a joke. I'm sure they also do fake brain and heart surgeries too.

(Yes they do have fake brain surgery and fake heart surgery. Go figure.)

@DutchBoi187 New Blood involves removing a brain implant and TT does have an operation on tumours on the pituatary gland. All of the Wii versions involve a minimum of two operations on the heart, not counting the extreme difficulty missions in SO and NB. However, the series has never been about anatomical accuracy (90bpm is someone exercising, not on an operating table) it's about the atmosphere, and I think it helps people appreciate the hard work real doctors carry out.

I really can hardly wait for this game. I've loved the Trauma Center series, and this is just an amazing addition.

I do kind of agree about the voicing, it would be nice to be able to switch between English and Japanese voicing in this, and many other Atlus games. But, unlike a lot of the other gaming companies out there, Atlus often chooses skilled and fitting English voice actors that are still pleasing to listen to, even if you would prefer to hear it in Japanese, so I still enjoy it.

Game play looks extremly epic, the story could be good so far but the characters look... unfitting for truma center, their desing maybe. It looks like they jumped out of Persona.

The only desing I dislike though, is the one of the surgeon, he looks like a teenager, Derek looked young, but still over the 21 mark.
