It was manned, 3 deceased. Trust me, when i learnt to become a pilot i was given this case for future reference. This was caused by the pilot putting the plane into alpha max(Maximum Angle of Attack for airspeed) under regulation heights (100 Feet relative to the surrounding obstacles) And also too late go-around power
