My God, I laugh my head off when I watch this. I'm in fricking tears. Fallon is really a talented impersonator. He did a Sheen skit tonight where he wheeled a 'Roast Podium/Dais' around different offices insulting everybody that worked there. The jokes weren't that great but his damn great impersonation was enough to make if funny as Hell. I kind of liked him on SNL but got irritated when he'd laugh during skits. He's matured now. I think his Late nite show is great.
