Well, it's called probable cause that a crime has occurred. Possession of marijuana is currently a crime in all 50 states. If they were able to prove, to a judge, that this young man had marijuana at that time in his possession, the judge would have signed a warrant. They served a warrant like every other warrant has ever been served. They attempted to secure his domicile, he did something against what was being ordered, and he senselessly died. Marijuana is not safer than any legal drugs.

The Sheriff in the county I live has stated publicly that if he caught his daughter, a high school homecoming queen with marijuana, he would draw his service weapon and execute her on the spot. When alcohol was illegal violent people controlled the market. When alcohol became legal and producers, sellers and buyers could rely on the legal system, for the most part disputes ceased to be settled with violence. I'm not defending the murderers who control the market, I'm saying take the market out of their control by legalizing drugs.

Well, it's called probable cause that a crime has occurred. Possession of marijuana is currently a crime in all 50 states. If they were able to prove, to a judge, that this young man had marijuana at that time in his possession, the judge would have signed a warrant. They served a warrant like every other warrant has ever been served. They attempted to secure his domicile, he did something against what was being ordered, and he senselessly died. Marijuana is not safer than any legal drugs.

I don't know why this is such a shock. The Sheriff in the county I live has stated publicly that if he caught his daughter, a high school homecoming queen with marijuana, he would draw his service weapon and execute her on the spot. He explained this by saying his daughter's life would already be over with and he would simply be putting her out of her misery. He was reelected by a landslide.

The problem with cannabis legislation is that the majority of Americans who favor its decimalization are not motivated enough to put the right amount of pressure on their state legislators to pass any sort of effective reform. For instance on November 2nd California will have a vote to decriminalize it witch will probably pass do to the fact that after two years of polling the state they found over 65% of its residents favor decimalization

it's also obvious that people who over react to cannabis like this law enforcement officer or closed minded old people have never tried it before even though cali is trying to legalize it for recreational usage yet people still seem to believe that idiotic drug propaganda or should i say the sheeple believe

The largest contributor to lung cancer is petrol fumes in the air we breath. That would explain why people who don't smoke, never hang around places with smoke (so they don't get second hand smoke) yet they develope lung cancer and die from it.
Lets have a war on cancer and make owning, driving or selling a car illegal with a minimium of 5 years in prision and a criminal record upon conviction.

honestly they just need to stop overeacting to marijuana. it doesnt make you kill somone you cant overdose and it has no long term effects whatsoever. and its deffinatly not a gateway drug.
