  • @frugalnanny EFA oil(essential fatty acids) will balance out your hormones. You can take it in a supplement form if you want, I personally take "the total EFA" from health by the sun. I take the vegetarian version of it. It doesn't taste good, but you just take a tablespoon, so it's no big deal. Hope this helps! Eating a raw food diet will get rid of your belly fat, and make you feel great.

    I have been doing more and more raw since March 2010.

    I eat a lot of avocodos and flax.

    i find that the more raw I eat the better I literally feel.

    I stioped drinking cofff a few weeks ago and this helps more than I can say.

  • @frugalnanny for balancing hormones Macca is the best & if you take along with it cod liver oil or krill oil cause is better, then U got a nice anti-depression shield, your mind,energy will be changed so much ! You will feel optimistic and powerfull. For fat it is not the sports it is giving up on bread and fried in oil foods, also sugar-cookies. Use honey where necessary. Big salads, and fruits - banana based salads will fill the void left by breads pasta and potatos.If is healthy eat a lot.

  • i know! I could NEVER go raw I love food too much!!! :) I would feel so deprived :( Because there are soo many foods in the world to eat, and I wouldn't be able to!

  • Once you go raw you see those foods as the poisen that they are. You see that everyone is literally poisening themselves right before your eyes. You see the cancer and heart disease developing right before your eyes. Once you make that realization it's like Neo seeing the Matrix for what it is.

  • not entirely true its only bad if u eat meat 2 much your diet should be balanced with meat and vegetables and if your an athlete just eating vegetables wouldnt cut it you need the carbs and protein to keep yourself going( depending on which sport you play of coarse )

  • the solution to this is to simply try it. temporarily. Like a software trial. Try it for 30 or 60 days and see what happens. Maybe it'll change your life or maybe not. You can always go back.

    Search your feelings and conclude whether or not you feel entitled to say it....And if you don't I suggest you do something about it....Look at what Tim's doing and start from there...
