ok. even though this isnt Parkour. break dancing is just the dancing version of parkour. its the parkour of clubs. while putting parkour into dancing is different all of you know where im getting at. the windmil is similar to the butterfly kick and twist. head spin and palm spin. hand stand. front hand spring. fall back and dive roll. you can find similarities.
