  • This is a good morning, not a squat.

  • ktiekoneko, yes, this video really should not have included those quick squats... that was for entertainment only. Start with 5-20 slow 1/2 squats/day.

  • this is a half squat. I only recommend this method, once you are out of pain. This technique targets the but and thighs, the base of support for the back.

  • I do back exercises at physio and its not like that.

    bending over and over like that can hurt your back.

  • those aren't squats
