as a greyhound driver, i NEVER have nor NEVER will treat my passengers this way. She is suppose to be a PROFESSIONAL. Greyhound trains us how to be a professional and all she is showing is ignorance... im embarassed to say that i am a driver for greyhound.
@shermanford67 I totally agree. I'm glad some people out in this crazy world still care. I use Greyhound and have encountered several problems with unprofessional drivers and employees overall. I filed a long complaint to corporate last summer because of how badly I was treated by an employee over a luggage issue. He was incredibly rude and made me feel so dumb.
