She's only had the 1 litter, actually. We tried to breed her a year after the first litter, but she didn't take, and that's fine. So she's good :-)

Thank you!! we don't hunt him at all but his dad was a hunting dog I have a question how much do you sell Godiva's puppies for??? I would love to purchase one of her puppies her last litter was BEAUTIFUL!!!! I trained my labrador Hunter myself he knows 30+ commands and hand signals he is also a seizure detection dog for my father were getting Hunter motivated and I'm going to get him to be a Search & Rescue Dog! thanks for the comment on my video your labs are very beautiful!

We'll be selling the pups for $300.00. We "hired" a stud this time, he's a big, black, absolutely stunning lab. And extremely smart. He comes from a yellow mother and a black father, so who knows what colors we'll end up with. If you are serious about wanting a pup send me an email and we can work things out. I showed my husband your video and he said to tell you your dog was beautiful. :-)

Hey TwoGoofballs I had gotton my chocolate labrador Hunter on that same day your pups were born we were both blessed with beautiful puppies!!! you had very pretty puppies Gogiva!! they are yellow and thats one of their other colors of lab. chocolate, yellow/blond/gold or black. Ironic cause there's a lab named Godiva at beagles and buddies this year(2009) in California. The video is on here too. Guess its a popular name for a chocolate lab.

One of MY pet peeves is when a person critiques someone elses grammer, and they don't even bother to use proper capitolization. Yes, PUPS is short for PUPPIES, just like LAB is short for LABRADOR, what's the difference?

great video. my golden lab is preggers from my golden retriever so i was looking for videos on what was gonna happen during the birth im so scared. she'll have her pups in the next 10 days.any advice or heads up on anything? i loved the video it was really sweet . congrats.

You'll know she's in labor within 24 hrs, she'll probably be panting and not wanting to eat. When a pup comes out, just make sure to break open the bag it's in so the pup can breathe, the female will probably do the rest. We coaxed Godiva with the first pup, then she took over.

Yes, it does seem strange, doesn't it? If either of the parents carry the yellow gene they can have yellow pups. Black, yellow and chocolate labs are all the exact kind of dog, the only difference is the coat color.

I had a beautiful Chocolate Lab for 3 years. I moved and had to give her to another family. It's been 4 years,and I still miss that dog like crazy!
