That was the positive one.

About the singing now: some notes are out of pitch (call son of the pitch if you want) and the accent is bad. I am sure you can do better.

Also remember that Edith Piaf was not somebody who was at ease with luxury, so maybe this beautiful house is not "in the atmosphere".

l'accent n'est pas mal: this accent is good. Some "voyelles" needs to be worked and I know it's hard!! XD but you have an amasing voice for sure "vox", la voie est parfaite. Il serait bon de continuer avec "l'hymne à l'amour" par exemple. It would be good to continue with "l'hymne à l'amour" for example...

It takes courage for anyone besides Piaf to sing this song well and Franka sings it well, yet, as always, something is missed. It is uniquely in Piaf's rendition that one senses the truth of past pain and the total commitment to love that makes that pain insignificant. Piaf's voice holds no hesitation, resignation or regret. and the song becomes something of legend that speaks of resurrection and transcendence. Nevertheless a lovely video and a nice tribute. Very well done, Franka. This is one of Piaf's signature song, however. Piaf! Nobody can beat Piaf, and I have noticed heard at least 20 versions of this song. She has power, control, a fantastic sense of rhythm and sang from the heart, and of course sang this particular song with conviction after a life-time of hardship. Even her coarser voice added to the performance of this song given the context, and even the poor recording quality in those days could not hide her brilliance.

Power, control, feeling and excellent skills. This should rank very highly, better than some of the most famou diva's interpretation. For this particular song, she is even better than some great French singers. Probably just behind Mirielle Mathieu. I suggest working on the pronunciation of words like "fait", "egal", etc. Too often great singers trying Piaf's songs failed due to inadequate French skills and that can put people off. Nice production.

Beaucoup mieux de ce que j'aurais soupçonné. The sound engineer especially did very well matching sound to video, and with clarity of sound. Her range is similar and the timbre is very close, which I miss with almost all other interpretations outside of Piaf herself. This is very good. A flicker of the same nostalgia that La Mome bring to the song, and that almost no one else can reproduce.

It´'s a very insteresting performance; anyway you have to take care about your vibrato, sometimes when you're finishing long notes your voice sounds a little plain. You must concern about that because the most distinguish seal of Pfiaf's voice was a very high vibrato. Anyway your interpretation is very good, it' sounds very good for me; I know it´s a little hard singing in french, that's why you have double credit.
