see at 0:23 i had to cut the pipe nipple on the right to get them both to fit.(hacksaw) these worked great, even though i wasn't able to use them, they still could spin around without interfering with the deck.

take it all apart... clean it with 409 or some degreaser, let it dry... i also used paint thinner to remove all the crap... and then primmed it, and painted it (2 coats) use any cheap paint... but krylon works good ive heard...

a 6 inch long 5/8'' bolt, 4 washers, 1 nut and 2 pipe nipples. just wide enough to fit over the bolt.

go to the hardware store, bring the stock bolt, get the longest one (6 inches) and then ask where the pipe nipples are.

6 inch bolt, and pipe nipples. cut one of the pipe nipples to fit.

hold it about 1 foot away from the scooter (the mist) that way it keeps it from dripping. do it in a open, not windy area. and follow all the directions on the can as far as recoat times and things. pateince has great outcome

for an a1, a2, or a3 you can get them at just about any sporting goods store, or even walmart/meijer. as far as getting a pro for around $60, amazon is your best choice.

well, you have to prime it. (in the video i didn't) but this will help the paint stick better. then you have to paint it. but before you do anything you have to clean it. i use 409 because it cuts grease and all the other junk on the scooter. that will help the primer and paint stick better too.
