The only thing I disagree with Jim on is abortion. The alternative to abortion is adoption. I was adopted, and it all worked out just fine, and there are plenty of couples out there who can't have children and are willing to adopt an "unplanned" child and mold him or her into a productive member of society.
i support adoption any day of the week over abortion anyday of the week but the sad part is ithere wouldnt be enough people or place to adopt all these kids

The only thing I disagree with Jim on is abortion. The alternative to abortion is adoption. I was adopted, and it all worked out just fine, and there are plenty of couples out there who can't have children and are willing to adopt an "unplanned" child and mold him or her into a productive member of society.

Things may have worked out for you in the adoption services, but for the over 500,000 unwanted children currently sitting in foster care--a number that would either be MUCH larger because the only SAFE alternative would be adoption, or offset by all the women forced to get illegal abortions and possibly killed if abortion were illegal--not so much.
