No mod used. The game-makers just failed to create a barrier at the end of that particular counter-top.

The Item FAQ doesn't mention any other chapter in which the October Ticket can be found.

The item FAQ calls it the "Rag Doll" costume. Wearing it, Jennifer becomes the doll that we found tied to the central post of the Filth Room during "The Little Princess" chapter (the first chapter). Brown becomes a stuffed doll. One must collect 4 broken robots in order to unlock the costume.

Here's my guess about the drawing ( at 0:41):

There are 8 squiggly lines at the bottom. These are the 8 tentacles of the octopus costume.

Above the tentacles is an oval shape representing the bag-like body of the octopus and the costume-wearer inside lying on her back (sticking out to the sides the most are the knees of the costume-wearer. Above that two arms reach upward. In between the arms, the head of the costume-wearer looks into the head area of the octopus (it has 2 spherical "eyes")

The "costume-wearer" is shown with knees nearest to us, the arms further away, and the head---face and nose upward---furthest away.
