The technology is simple and magnificent, at least in its basics. All pipes are recorded, there is a software in which you can load the sound files of the pipes and you can operate them according to the stops of the organ. The keyboards are connected to the computer so if you play on the keyboard the sounding result is the virtual image of the original instrument.

Yes, that's right. All pieces can be played on piano, harpsichord whatever which don't have obligate pedal part. In this piece you can play the bass part with your left hand.

i've heard toccato and fugue (for organ) done with strings, i've heard glenn gould do bach harpsichord and clavichord pieces on piano, and wendy carlos do bach on a moog synthesizer. If the man wants to play the organ, so be it!!!

Of course. I´m an organic and the little prelude is original written for organ. NOT for piano.

There are two sets of "little preludes". In my opinion you think for that one which was written especially for harpsichord and / or clavichord. Nowadays this set is usually played on piano. However the other set - the "8 little preludes and fugues" - is written for organ or pedalharpsichord, and Bach's authorship is very questionable. The composer was maybe Krebs, the elder. But you can play it on piano if you are able to gather the lower parts in your left hand.
